the one on ebay? looked into that myself sounds pretty good just not a fan of buying a car off a dealer who took in part ex who normally deals with mgb's

It was on ebay a few weeks ago too, got to mid £7k's I think.

Just noticed this thread, I bought this car a few months ago. So far so good chassis looks sound and lots of history. However I'm trying to find out as much as possible about it and leafing through the service history I find a written note saying

Wonder Way
Top End Rebuild
Paul Wood
01622885800
£3500.00

The number is no longer in use, but does anybody know of Wonder Way or Paul Wood or anything about this car?

I think you mean Walldenway, Larkfield near Maidstone.
Paul is the service manager and has been looking after my Chimaera for the last couple of years - not the cheapest, but you get a great service and I have no complaints as they have always looked after me very well. Just tried the number and worked ok for me 01622 885800

Ahah i must admit that the writing is v blurry, but the phone thing i can't explain works fine on the mobile but not on the office phone.

Just spoke to Paul, and it appears that my engine had a half engine rebuild which is great news, and explains why everything is so shiny. Paul's a gent and is kindly forwarding me all the service information so big thumbs up for walldon way!
