525i M50 Oil Change - Worth A Flush

Doing a service on a 525I with 180k on the clock that I have just bought as a run around until the 500 turns up.

Is it worth flushing the engine with Wynns or similar before I do the change?

At 180k, probably not. A lot depends on service history and quality of oil used in the past.
You may well loosen varnish and suchlike that would cause more problems than just leaving it undisturbed.
If the car is a short term acquisition, put a good oil in and enjoy it. No need to upset the status quo if everything is working well.
