BTR diff oil seals

I am right in thinking that the output shaft seals can be changed with the diff in situ? I seem to be getting different answers from various TVR specialists.

Not too bad with the spanners myself, something that could be attempted with it on axle stands? If so any pointers?

actually scrub that, could just be the rear cover or the filler bolt leaking I think.

is the filler bolt 28mm which is my best guess from using an adjustable on it?
