Good news after all

Well, I've not been too vocal recently, but been poping in for a look see every now and then, but had to let anyone who cares know that there IS justice out there!

Got a letter from my ins co this morning with a cheque for my ins excess after my 748 was written off earlier this year by a twonk in a Corsa. One quick phone call confirmed it's been listed as a no fault claim against me and fully at the other parties feet!!

I'm working from home today as well, so the day can't really get much better!!!

Nice to hear some justice for a change. Well done.

I'm 2 years down the road of a claim, the other side still won't offer more than 60:40 in their favour despite me offering 50:50 more than once just to settle the damn claim, even though I am adamant it was 100% their fault.
