Discount on New Civic Type-R?

Anyone managed to get a discount? Dealer was suggesting they would discount a GT to below £18k.

I know Alan Day Honda in Enfield have a cancelled order in stock they are stuck with. The Manager Tony is a nice guy and is willing to have a deal.
I think the car is pre regd to a customer, but was never delivered. I don't know the spec though!
