G20 Exhaust

Mr. Needy here again...

My G20 is apparently equip with a racing silencer (or lack there of) because it is QUITE loud. I'd like to fit it with something sporty, but a bit more civilized (most of my driving is on the street). Mine is a Mazda equip car. Any thoughts as to the diameter of the feed pipe into the silencer so that I can source an appropriate replacement?

Bloody hell we will have rebuilt the thing by the time you have finished!

I have a full ginetta silencer, cat and rear pipe in my garage which will fit, but i don't fancy the economics of getting it over the pond!

Not sure of the diamtre of pipes to be honest, as i'm not anywhere near my garage but i think its either 2 1/4 inch or 2 1/2.
