i dont want to spend more than 200 quid and obviously want the best deal possible.

notice the basic tom tom's are going for around 140 at the moment.

not sure what to get (im sick of not knowing where to go in cities!)

thanks for any help,

stu.

My dad was given a tomtom one as a present and it is pretty good.

Although it did throw a wobbly and refuse to pick up a satellite signal in central london when my dad desperately needed to get the right route to Victoria Coach Station so I could get my coach. (We were coming from a different starting point so didn't know the route there very well.)

If this is what you are after then a quick google will probably come up with the best price, also Tesco had them for around £140 a few weeks back as well.

Amazon consistently come up as one of the cheapest. A tom Tom for about £130 notes will do everything you need.

thanks folks, that will do me, dont see the need for spending double on a tom tom that would do the same thing. i was thinking of buying a sim free phone that I could instal tom tom onto. not sure though.
