Hi,

Try this link:
http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

I use 250 rear and 325 fronts

Cheers

P.S. I should add that that was after replaced originals with AVOs and I ditched the standard "progressive" TVR springs.

Take them off & look, it shouldn't take too long. It is possibly the only way to be certain... were all rated the same / have yours been changed???

What I meant was: it is possible dampers were fitted as std with different springs & yours may even have been changed from std. If you are happy with what you have or if you would like to make it harder/softer... the only safe way to get the current spec is to actually look at the springs you have I reckon.

PS: weren't some of the TVR springs dual rate BTW?.

Yes i think they were Dave, mine seem all standard, want to change the fronts the car sits lower at that end(compared two standard Chims) than it should(knackered i guess)i will be happy with new stock rates allround,am happy with the way the car handles and dont want a bone shakereek
