You'll struggle to find one with a lower spec!! The only options that car has is red calipers and stitching!http://www.meridien.co.uk/car_details.asp?ID=5509
It's definitely a buyer's market at the minute, so bid low....very low!
Try the Ferrari UK used car locator, http://www.ferrari.co.uk/index.php?page=preowned there are currently 31 430 F1 coupes available
if they accepted 110k would be cheap for what it is surely?
also if they offered me 80k for my car and they acceppted the 110k would only be a 30k upgrade my cars a 360 spider f1 rosso corsa ,cream ffsh, tubi exhausts full challenge grills , would be worth more than 80k on a private though

Lancaster Ferrari have a black one up for £112k, looks ok in black, the problem is going to be off loading your 360 mate for good money.
its a manual want a f1,,,, not to bothard about 360 would just try and sell it privately if all else fails,, so im wondering weather to offer 110 for the meridian f430TBH you won't get offered anywhere near 80 grand for your car. The chances are that most of the 430s for sale are SOR, and the dealer will be returning the owner considerably more than trade money, but they don't care. They have a showroom full of cars, and if someone's daft enough to buy one, they turn a profit.
They dread owners like you walking in, simply because they will end up having their own cash tied up in your px.....and that's the last thing they want at this time of year!
As for selling it privately.....best of luck mate! There aren't exactly a queue of punters out there at the moment!
As has already been suggested, talk to Dion at Elms, but make sure you're sitting down when he tells you what your car is really worth. But he's likely to be able to source a car for you at sensible money.

I was offered that car last week for £115k...they have had it for a few weeks...drives very well - I was put off by the basic spec and the miles being at 4800 rather than the advertised 4000 (apparently they round down)...bought a 997GT3 instead!
I get the impression that they are keen to do a deal on the F430 Spyder with 28K on the clock!

right hows the 997gt3 ,, do you think they would go lower to say 110,, how much is a brand new f430 these days anyway with a couple extra's f1 and the waiting list must of gone down ..I get the impression that they are keen to do a deal on the F430 Spyder with 28K on the clock!

Current list price for a 430 F1 coupe is £139990 but anything from Feb 08 build onward will have CCM brakes at the hugely discounted price of £9600 so a basic car will be £149590!Extras are stupid prices, e.g. coloured calipers are £585, daytona seats are £1685, sports seats are £3240, you can spend over 40 grand on extras if you're daft enough!
As for the waiting list, it's as strong as ever, so circa 18 months, ALTHOUGH occasionally an "extra" car becomes available, or a cancellation.
Don't forget to ask for a discount, and please report back how long the salesman laughed for.....the record is circa 20 minutes!
