Brake Hose Grommet

Can anyone tell me where I can get grommets to go in the hole on the back of the wheel hubs where the brake pipe passes through? Mine have perished and fallen off and it came up as something worth looking at during my recent MOT (passed 
). Apparently it would have been a fail if I’d had rubber brake hoses.
The all-purpose ones I got from Halfords are rubbish.

in my rather convoluted way, I mean this:
You can see the cheapo one that i've put in there but it's not going to last long. I did find somewhere online that would sell me one for 3p. So long as I bought another 999.

You have had replacement braided hoses - the originals have a rubber hose to that hole, then a bulkhead joint fixed in that hole, with a short length of steel tube coming off this side of the joint, running to another connection near the caliper and then another short length of rubber hose.
Rather than a grommet how about a bit of rubber hose, split it down the middle, slip it over the hose then thread it through the hole. A cable tie each side of the hole would stop it moving.

Not all of 'em, I have that same single flex hose as the original fit on my S3. I think the Chim and Griff have a similar arrangement so it may be worth asking over there if anyone knows where you can get the grommets.Have to say I think the split hose and cable ties would work just fine and is probably what I shall do.
