Best Independent Service Company?

Hi,

It's time for my Zenith El Primero to get serviced/polished etc. I let the retailer send it away last time (to somewhere near Manchester iirc) since I'd managed to drop it on tiles and smash it...

Was distinctly unimpressed when they returned a non-functioning watch that had been repaired and "serviced".

Any recommendations and rough indications of cost?
