Bearings squeal

Convinced it was coming from the back end ive just changed one rear bearing followed by the other on my spider to get rid of this noise and nothing!! Disappears under breaking and its worse turning right guess it would be the unloaded side squealing? front wheel bearing maybe? its getting expensive but cant think what else it could be.

Tried the handbrake and no difference so ive put some copper slip on the front pads, could be the answer, cheers.

Copperslip is used to stop the brakes squealing when they are applied. Yours stop making the noise when they're applied...they'll need to be stripped down and checked for seized components...if that's the problem

It's difficult to judge without hearing the noise, but it sounds like brake pads to me - a condition known in the industry as 'twitter'. I'd check that everything is moving freely, lightly lubricate the areas where the pads locate on the caliper, etc. It could be a characteristic of the pad material, in which case the cure will be a change of pads.

That was my thinking, ive tried just a little lubrication on the piston edge and contact areas so far so good! the pads are quite low whether this may enhance the problem i don't know.
