I don't know what that particular Eureka had underneath, but it looked like fun.

Certainly looked very quick! I'm guessing that it didn't have an air cooled flat four propelling it..

Mate of mine runs a street legal Beetle which can do the quarter mile in around 10 seconds (it's significantly uprated [as you can guess], but still air cooled flat 4).

So, it could still be air cooled, but probably a little bit more powerful than normal (it certainly took off quickly).
