Just managed to retrieve a couple of photos from an old hard drive of the 2000 Motorshow at the NEC.

Hope you find these interesting.

I didn't have a TVR at the time, but made sure I got some of the postcards they were giving out smile

Thought I'd chuck in a couple from the 2006 show at the Excel Centre aswell.

Anyone else got any interesting Motorshow pics?

Thanks for that Supraman - beautiful. So sad that a company making such automotive works of art could go to the wall. cry

I'm sure that Tuscan 2 'vert in Estoril Blue is for sale at Racing Green. Love to know where the Red Bull Sagaris has gone. I remember it was a right hand drive one, though the silver Sag was a left hooker. Love those rear facing pipes even more than the sideways ones.

Didn't it end up as a double for one of the DeWalt T400's ?

My old Cerb was at the 99 motorshow. I used to have a couple of pictures, however, lost them in a laptop transfer many years ago.

Feel free to post if anyone was there !

IIRC something I heard it was engineless in the factory when it closed.
So if that's the case it;s probably in storage somewhere.

I think Dave Jones from W Lancs TVRCC bought the "tango tuscan" at the motorshow. I suspect that is the one in the picture. He has now sold it and has had a Sag for some time so no idea where it went to after he had it.

Attended on press day, at the time i remember being really impressed by the finish on the Tuscan and Sagaris, beautifully finished cars.
I think there was still optimism in the air - unfortunately , behind the scenes ,TVR Blackpool was smelling the last ten seconds of life...

Interestingly , i had it on very good authority - on the day , that the factory built a "Show" Tamora and a T350 and delivered them to ExCel.
They were promptly sent back to Blackpool when NS decided not to carry on selling these models - and were replaced with the Speed 12 and single seater exhibits.

Not sure how accurate the above is, does anybody know the full story ? and if so where are the ExCel T350 and Tamora now ?

scratchchin.

Here's a few from 2004 that show your Cerbera! Unfortunately though, it appears I took more interest in the T350t, Sagaris and new Tuscans!
