A friend needs a new head on their 147 because the cam belt went.

The Alfa dealer wants £2.5k to fix it

Any pointers on a good and resonable specialist that could help are much appreciated.

Powerfiat (Fiat Coupe specialist) also do work on Alfas. I have a Fiat Coupe myself and couldn't recommend them more. Based in Basildon, Essex - give them a call.
