Farfetched tuning figures?

If the figures are right, then at that price they seem incredible. I don't know masses about engines - at least no more than I read in magazines, the internet and the occasional book, but a 32bhp and 28 lbft gain on the E36 M3 Evo would be very impressive if it really was acheived for only £400.
23bhp and 26lb ft from an E46 M3?
34bhp and 33 lb ft from the E39 M5
Those selection of engines I've picked are ones I wouldn't have thought as being that easily improved?

I'd normally agree, but the figures they quote for the lower end (M44) are apparently close on realistic from what I've read over on the e36coupe forums.But I would have thought that the various M3 units would have required a lot more work for such gains.
