MV1 or MV2 alloys?

I currently have some mv1's on my 330d sport which is a 51 plate. I do like the mv2's but only on certain models and they are much more popular than the mv1's. Im not looking to change or anything, just looking for peoples opinions. I know when i had my e36 the mv2s were very popular and looked good on the e36, but however i prefer the mv1's, not necessary on all the e46 but on the 330d sport.
What do you think?

MV2's are easier to clean! They do look more aggressive on the later sport models too, but as you say MV1's seem to be more exclusive. Most bog standard 318's have the MV2's fitted along with the current shape 5 series with sports kit. I'd go for a set of CSL reps.

Though as the previous poster said I'd probably have some CSL style wheels if I could afford them

Hi Liam. I'm a big fan of the MV2s and have been contemplating a set for my 130se (which is a bit of a minger let's be honest and in great need of a lift !) Where were you thinking of getting them ?

All I would say is avoid the replica's - cheap crap IMHO which will buckle when you hit a minor pot-hole....so speaks a man with experience !!!

Im not getting them. I prefer the MV1's as the MV2's seem to be fitted to loads of BMW models.

Fair enough mate - nothing wrong with the MV1s and each to his own ! My search goes on ...
