Bodywork repairers in Essex- a recommendation!!
Discussion
Evening all, just thought I'd post up my thanks to Daryl and the guys at the Fullbridge Restoration Company for sorting the bodywork on my beloved 400SE. I managed to punch a 4*1 inch hole in the nearside front corner bodywork after a slight coming together with the garage door surround - not an earth-shattering bit of damage but was enough to stop me from going out in the car or bringing it to the TVRCC meet at the Foresters.Anyhow, I stumbled across Fullbridge by accident (poor pun) a few months ago so with some trepidation left my "baby" in their hands for repair. I needn't of worried as the repair is fautless and the service was first class! I'm sure my Tiv was the cheapest car in the premises but was treated the same way as the various Jag XK120/140s and E types also present. During my various visits I witness the transformation of a destroyed T350 from a smashed-up mess minus a rear + roof to repaired car awaiting its chameleon paint!
I'll second your comments Jamie. I've known Daryl and Rick for some years now and their guys have taken care of various repairs for my dad and I over that time. They repaired my old 400SE when someone rolled into me at some traffic lights. At that time I didn't even realise they did fibreglass, but they actually had lots of experience and made a tremendous job of mine.
Love their workshop too....always lots of interesting stuff in there. They even had one of the Le Mans winning Bentleys from the 1920s in there once.
