Do the early cars (93) not have the manual over ride mechanism. I've tried to reach it but but it wasn't to be found. If there is a different solution for the early cars would you be kind enough to email me please?
Cheers,
Martin

Al,
I've just bought a '98 Chim 450. The previous owner replaced the battery this year (and new tyres all round).
But, I suppose I ought to find out the emergency access routine.

Can you PM me as well?
Nick

During some recent work on my '97 400 I had a close look at the emergency way in but can't see how it would work, unless I'm missing something? or something has dropped off. I've just replaced the battery (well HHC did) but still think I should know just in case.
