software problem

I have the software on my PC, was working fine but now when I open it I get a message saying unable to open serial port?

hi bring up google in internet explorer in search bar just type in problem your having ie ... when opening program get message unable to open serial port .... should give you loads of sites with threads to this matter and how to sort it .. the tinternet is such a fountian of knowledge you can get threads for anything and most people just don't know that google can work this way , girlfriend had a problem with her astra that garage had spent hundreds of pounds trying to sort, i just put in astra car keeps cutting out, went throught the threads found out what it was no problem told her garage what part to get, problem solved. and you can do this for anything
