What is wrong with some people ????

I parked my car in the office car park today and after dark some mug in a people carrier reversed into it then sped off. Luckily everyone down the road knows my car and someone got his number plate. Needless to say the police are now paying him a visit to find out why he drove away from the scene of an accident.

I think its time for the 3R headlights to be put in as the clam will need painting anyway. Does anyone know where I can get some as i really don't fancy the £1000 + Noble want ?

cost me 600 quid when someone decided to use the side of my car as a barrier. only a tiny mart but had to have the whole quarter panel sprayed out as i dont like touch ups

Looner, if you are going to put in new lights and you will have a claim against the dick head in the people carrier, ask the garage that is going to do the work to over quote to help pay for a new set of lights from noble.
Obviously you will get them to order the lights and you make up the difference. Your insurance company can not make you take the car anywhere other than where you want. So find yourself a garage that is prepared to do a deal.
Oh as I was caught by your heading WHAT IS WRONG WITH SOME PEOPLE, I thought I could answer this ... he has a people carrier!

Minor tecnical problem with that . Its called fraud and onbtaining a percuniary advantage by deception.
Unless you wish to be sharing and cell with Buba you go for it

Hang on a minute did I mention anything about fraud? The front clam now needs respraying as it is scratched I was thinking about putting in 3R lights at the same time at my own cost which is why I was asking if anyone knows where I can get a cheaper set - If the 3rd parties insurance was paying I would buy them from Noble and give them a fricken tip!
