I'm replacing all the bushes John, and thought that if someone had a stiffer ARB I'd change it at the same time as the Powerflex bushers are wither 22 or 25mm.

Nothing more than that.

If I can't get a 25mm I'll stick with the 22mm. biggrin

Every action has a reaction, remember you are stiffening the springs and shocks are getting more rubber down with the 17 inch, taking out movement with the bushes and drop downs and stiffening the bar.

As you've seen I have a rather robust addition to the front suspension and spaceframe to stop it flexing and or cracking!!!eek

Incidently I took the E-Type around Goodwood with the 300+ BHP engine, and the massive anti-roll bar that I put in tore off the bolts and cracked the front spaceframe, the old one would have just flexed!!!!!Going to Andy's to get a bit of welding done, don't trust anyone else!!

Thanks John,

I've ordered the standard 22mm bushes and will stick with what I have, if I do find a 25mm ARB the bushes are only £14+ each so not much to try it out.

As you say the car is going to be drastically different (hopefully) next season, I should really slow the development of other aspects so I can gauge the benefits.

The parcels of new bits are arriving daily, new brake lines today. biggrin

I think I need to pick your brains over a beer or two. yes

For anyone that's interested the full PowerFlex bush kit for the Cerb', consisting of 29 bushes, has just cost £288.50 inc VAT & P&P which I thought was pretty good.

Thanks Steve, but I've already bought the bush kit.

But I did order a bolt set along with front & rear drop links through your site earlier today. biggrin
