Pages loading

I come on here everyday and everyday the same. At some point in the day the pages won't load or take about 5 -10 minutes when you try to refresh it gets even worse, whats wrong with the site? Never used to be like this?

This isn't something I have experienced here to the levels you are saying, is this while generally using the site, or a specific page that is causing the problems?

I have this problem generally throughout the Forums - pages hang while waiting for the adverts to load. Often it's fine, but some of the time the page only loads down as far as the advert, then hangs. Sometimes a refresh fixes it, sometimes not. It even happens while flicking between photos in the classifieds. Getting to be pretty boring.

Generally it is quite hard to diagnose what experiences a user is having with some of the feedback, so more specific examples of what is happening really helps.

We are working hard to test several solutions on this that will speed up the page loads which hopefully we will be able to implement before christmas.

Just now i've been refreshing and it goes back to posts 20 -25mins earlier.
After the 4th/5th time it is up to date

Then it goes back to 90mins ago... and lots of topics have 'nothing to see here' until you refresh them 20 times. PH must be killing the internet never mind their own servers spawning all these page refreshes!

Looks like a rogue server is not synching/replicating correctly.
