smartnav keeps loosing my wife !

Has anybody else had had the problem of being lost by smartnav in mid journey ? The problem has always occured in a small way presumably where they cannnot pick up the signal but now it will detect the car somewhere else and work out another route . Once this starts this process will keep repeating itself for the rest of the journey . My guess is that there are too many subscribers and they are having problems identifying between similar signals but if this is true it cannot only be my wife . Anybody else ?
