A friend of mine is having a lot of trouble trying to locate a good induction kit for his 97' Alfa GTV 2.0 Twin Spark, so I was wondering of the kits guys use on here, what's best?
Cost isn't an issue as the car is his baby, he just wants it rightsmile
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably cheaper and easier to sell the twin spark and buy a V6 to be honest. He can get one the same colour but with a nicer interior if he goes for a post 98 one.

I was warned off the Autodelta kit, supposedly it sheds bits of carbon fibre into the engine. Angel tuning supply the cda kit and it is supposed to be good. But the best advice is to get the V6.

not in this case.
the V6 has a fragile AFM at the best of times, although the cda induction kit seems to effect it the least.....

I'm with wadgebeast.

An induction kit will have less negative effect on the TS than the V6 but the gains will be minimal.
Just get a V6 (and forget about messing with it) for the full-flavour GTV experience.

If it's a choice between the Twinnie and the V6 you'd have to go for the V6 everytime.

I didn't know that about the AutoDelta kit, handy to know. I'm dreaming of supercharging my GTV at some point, I just need to find the £5k from somewhere biggrin

Thanks for your input guys, I like the 'should buy a V6' etc, but as the two of us are 21 finding decent insurance quotes (even with IAM) is proving tricky!!
