I have a thruxton, and I can confirm that the twin on loud pipes sounds ace. Especially the 270 degree firing order engine in the scrambler.

Get one but for the free gear get the pipes and the number boards and pretend you're Steve McQueen.
I had one out on loan for a day......I did about 130 miles, it was a blast, don't bother trying to go much about 75 as the wind is a killer, how ever on the minor A road & B road it was a hoot smile
i recon its worth a demo ride smile

we saw this one at the show and had a sit on another (amongst every other bike at the show...as you do!! )

g/f said it was very comfy and as the sportsbikes are getting more ridiculas pillion wise i am considering looking at something a bit differant for two-up poodling around
