YOUNG ONE RIK'S SPEED FINE

Actor and comedian Rik Mayall has been banned from driving for 90 days after admitting speeding on a motorway at 113mph.

The 45-year-old played unscrupulous MP Alan B'stard in TV comedy The New Statesman and poncy university student Rik in The Young Ones.

He was caught by a speed gun on the M5 motorway northbound at Weston-super-Mare on April 20.

I think it's shocking, he should be locked up for doing that speed. Think of the children!
