EXHAUST BLOWING!!!!!!!!!

Looking for some advice please. Have had a new exhaust fitted on my S3 and over a 6 month period I have had to have the U bracket where the down pipes mate(or don't) with the main exhaust. Some it is me grounding(oops!) but I was wondering if there was a modification that you guys were aware of that would avoid continually going back for tightening etc..

Grounding U-clamps is a problem

Mikalor do a stainless steel clip (Demon Tweeks sell them) or for more clamping force, you need these from jetex.co.uk:



With the bolt vertical you get more ground clearance.

Maybe you should also check the ride height and also for broken springs / saggy shock absorbers.

If the spring dampers are original, they are probably overdue for retirement.
