Spent 2hrs at the show yesterday, stayed away from the bike displayed , just too busy, visited the Autocom stand ... purchase made !!
Walked past the BKS leather stand, the workmanship was fantastic, 5 mins later I cracked and handed over my credit card, my new jacket will be made in March !! thumbupthumbupthumbup

I was very tempted by BKS aswell, apparantly would have to be made to measure because standard size for 5'8" is 11.5-12 stone! I'd have to cut off both legs to get down to that weight... Still if I did I'd only need a jacket which would save a few quid!

Y2 you done the right thing going twice, I had a brilliant day going to order the stand up canvas painting of Rossi for the front room and brought a few bits from the Gas Honda stand (felt a bit of a traitor due to Ducati ownership) and drooled over the Ducati stand for a while.

My bruv and a mate brought end cans and a whole lot more, picked up a leaflet on a ride out to one of the Moto GP rounds next year, something I need to do!

Going to price that up tommorrow.

Ther are some good bargains still to be had, with all the bits I wanted(even thou i didnt buy all of them!) would have saved me good couple of hundred quid off what I would have paid on line or instore but i agree, it isnt quite the discount "store" it used to be.

Thoroughly enjoyed this years show.

would agree with that, too much to see in one day. Better than last year definitely.

Incidentally, I have an Autocom system which I bought new 2 years ago. Ive used it once and cant really get on with it. How much are they fetching?

Let us know how you get on with the autocom as I want to make a decision on which I go for at the next bike show. Torn between the Autocom with its more inputs, but wires, and this one http://www.interphoneuk.com/ with no wires, but only good for talking (either phone or to other riders).

That's what I bought last week...., my first 1 piece. And boots, and gloves. Oh, yeah and that sh!t stuff that supposed to stop your visor misting up....that doesn't. Ear plugs...etc, etc...

Autocom is selling it's entire range at 50% off so my guess would be -not a lot.
