Never used them myself, but have you tried the one in the St Nicholas centre, on the top floor just before you get to Debenhams?

I think there's a fishmongers in Ashtead (turn left just after the Leg of Lamb and Cauliflower from Epsom direction), opposite the indian. Never used it myself though so can't comment on that, sorry.
