Phantom Drophead in Birmingham

In blue. Noticed it last Sunday, parked outside The Swallow Hotel. I was on an errand, came back to have a look and it'd either vanished or been, quite wisely, parked in the underground carpark!

It's so beautiful it makes me ache.
