We tried out the new St.Pancras terminal, last week and it really does make going to Paris and further so easy.
Coming back, we were having breakfast in Paris at 9am, yet were at Alfreton station at 1pm!

One penny each way flights, (+ tax), mean that this week's trip to the Cote D'azur will be done at a higher altitude, but i do like St. Pancras, it's been worth the wait.

I'll ask you about this tonight. Sounds a good route.

It is, but don't do what i did and expect to see where the train goes when it leaves St. Pancras.
It goes straight underground, just about and pops it's head out at Rainham!

I used to drive the Eurostars when they were on hire on the GNER route.
