New 335 Convertable

I really fancy buying one of these but I am put off by the emissions at 226 (g/km)which puts into £400 road tax from next year and £25 to drive it into London

This is just 1 g/km over the limit which would restrict the tax to a lower band and the congestion charge to £8.

Does anybody think BMW will be able to do anything about this? Surely they can get the emissions down a fraction to duck under the tax brackets.
