unit able to avoid a road or area ahead

I have a garmin 360 (I think) and I thunk the only thing that I wish it did is to allow me to select a road, section of road or area to avoid. Thus when the TMC fails (again) to tell me of a problem that the matrix sign is saying or I've been told of an issue I would like to be able to select the road/area on the map, tell the system to avoid it and it will route me around it.

Do any units do this?
