Truvelo photo evidence
Discussion
The wife's mother-in-law was passing a Truvelo yesterday (in fact, the replacement for the one that got torched near Thrapston) well under the limit, but was overtaken by a bike which set the camera off.
Not sure how she knows the camera went off - I thought the flash was IR and thus invisible.
Biker obviously didn't give a sh1t about the camera (no front numberplate...) but if he's not in the photo, how do we go about proving that it wasn't her that set it off? With a standard GATSO, the painted lines on the road would prove it, but the Truvelos don't have the same thing, do they?

The camera takes a picture as you pass over three very close together lines. The Bike will be in the picture. As for infra red, if your looking at the lens when it goes off you'll see a dim'ish red flash. It is visible but only just. The three lines are so close together I suggest you double check the evidence just in case.
