360 v 430

360 prices are looking quite good now.

I was just wondering, in terms of a weekend car, the occasional commute to work and the odd track day, is the F430 worth the extra 40-60k premium over a 360?

If not, then having an extra 50k or so to play with is always good

For your purposes I would say a 360 with £50k in the bank sounds the best option!

Cheers, I knew the 430 was better but just not sure if it was THAT much better.

Anyone else here made the move from 360 to 430 and felt it was not worth it(apart from knowing you own the latest bit of kit)

Yes that was my philosophy entirely, get the 360 and keep £50k in bank. Although in my case it was get F360 and keep £100k beer money in bank lol

Difficult one this ... Are many toys worth the sum of their components . Probably not , but rule with heart not head.

All said the 430 is a wickedly superior car to the 360 . Especially in F1 form

Wickedly superior yes, but not sure its worth the extra lol.

TBH tho, I think my heart would be very content with a 360

The chap who I bought my 360 off had the same dilema. He test drove the 430 and could not justify the extra £70k. In the end he spent an extra £20k and bought a Lambo G- just as fashionable as the 430 but more affordable

360's are seriously good value car at the moment. You get a serious amount of car for your money.
