New Icon in address bar?

Does anyone know what the new icon means? I'm hard pressed to understand it. The old one used to be a little G in a blue box, which was fair enough, but I'm puzzled by this one!

not seen that one, mine's just a blue square with a thin white inlay, and a white P in the middle, not unlike a "Parking" sign. I'm using firefox though
