M3 E46: Remove Speed Limiter?

Hi folks, does anyone know if the speed limiter of 250kph on the above car can somehow be removed?
If yes do you know which garage(s) could do it (near west London)?
If anyone has done it what sort of speed can the car do in the autobahn?

most remaps will also remove the limiter.

i used George at Technosport, made a real difference in the response of the car.

Mine has been de limited. Was done by previous owner.
Top speed so far is 172mph. (indicated) sat nav showed 169mph.
Apparently they are good for 178?
I will try harder next time!

most m3,s do 167 mph, in 5th gear(not 6th) before limiter kicks in.why waste money getting limiter removed,too gain 6-7 mph more !

mine did 165 before limiter kicked in but the engine is capable of 184mph if de-restricted.
