It's no good - the wife's only gone and sold our Disco so she can buy an A-Class Mercedes! She wants something smaller and cheaper to run! The most gutting thing is that we only got a trade value of £2600 - and it's a '98 50th Anniversary. It did have 105k miles and some rust in the rear end, but I'm still gutted!!! Should I cry or not? I do still have a '72 SIII so all's not lost!!! ps if anyone wants a good bargain I can tell you where it's for sale!!!

Thats wierd that when you consider that a 50th Defender is 5 times the value. The A-class will be a hell of a lot cheaper to run.We have had one for nearly three years. And in all that time all it has needed has been a indictor stalk and a rear suspension bush.A total of £110.

you might not want to look at how reliable the A class is

that is unless you want to point and laugh at the missus.

we did the opposite a few years back, was going to get a A class, found out they break more than a world champion breakdancer then bought a freelander instead.

Well we must be an exception to the rule.Ours has been totally reliable.
