New trim for my 535d

Currently got aluminium cube trim on my 535d, quite fancy the Piano Black, anyone know if I can get it done and where?

Due to a main dealer dealer cock up(blame computer generated photos on the BMW approved used website), my 535d individual came with alu cube trim instead of the advertised walnut.

I negotiated a deal however and had the piano black retro-fitted. If Id paid for it, it would have cost around £1300 all in so not cheap. It does however look stunning and worth every penny IMO. Even the latest high gloss black trim on the latest LCI models doesnt get anywhere near.

Yep that's the look I'm after.......Piano black it is, spoke to one dealer who reckoned they couldn't retrofit it, will try another.....hopefully with a cheaper bill than £1300!!

If I could find the same car with the same spec including my DMS! but with Piano Black trim then I would change it tomorrow!! But it will cost more than £1300 without a doubt......

Don't want to pay £1300 though for the retrofit but would happily fork out £500 if it was doable.....

Does the DMS get overwritten by general ECU updates at service time?

...but will the dealer be that helpful?

I see you have the Schintzer upgrade. I quite fancied this as a warranted power upgrade and then BMW stopped doing it when I bought my car!
