News item comments

Just curious but how come when you're the first to post a comment on news item it doesn't show up on item page initially but goes straight into general gassing?
I posted first comment on Magazine write-ups on Nissan GT-R & same happened...

It looks like you and someone else have posted at the same time to a new story, thus both starting new threads. Only one can be the true thread originator and it is the person to submit first, thus yours became a duplicate thread.

This is a known bug and thus we try and rebuild the posts as a workaround, but as this news story started in the weekend we were not monitoring the duplicate news replies problem as much as in work hours. I have now aligned the threads so they are correct.
