Possibly the grommet under the bonnet where the throttle cable enters? Mine was cracked and it let in water, a bit of Tigaseal fixed it.

Could also be the clutch master cylinder cover, re-seal that too while you're about it!

Thanks. Have resealed them both and also around the brake fluid pot but they all did look like they were ok.
Time will tell.

That is classic "leak around the brake fluid reservoir" water trail. The water collects in the depression and seeps through. I extend the sealent so that there is a thick bead around it so that the water doesn't get caught in the depression but is encouraged to flow away instead. Tends to be more reliable than simply relying on the sealant adhering to the reservoir and GRP.

What he said!! I just resealed my brake reservoir and cured an identical leak.
