Considered the JVC?
Practically everything the Panny is minus the price premium - especially since they're sister companies.
Sony are on the way back from where they were, but still not all the way there yet.
Depending on price though, and unless you're looking for game console usage, if this is purely a TV, then for the same money get the 37" Panny Plasma.
