Sony KDL32D3000 vs. Panasonic TX32LXD70

I'm pretty close to buying one of these two.

Has anyone any better (similar) suggestions or recommendations of good suppliers?

John lewis price match empire direct - for our panny plasma with us collecting worked out about £30 more than the best web price delivered but you get a 5 year warrenty and somewhere to pop in to talk about any problems etc.

Panasonic is generally regarded as the best by every review I've ever seen.

Considered the JVC?
Practically everything the Panny is minus the price premium - especially since they're sister companies.
Sony are on the way back from where they were, but still not all the way there yet.
Depending on price though, and unless you're looking for game console usage, if this is purely a TV, then for the same money get the 37" Panny Plasma.
