Spotted - Blue Chimaera & totally oblivious!

Whoever was driving their T-reg (I won't post the full reg) blue Chimaera near Westbury on Saturday 5th July needs to sort out their rear view mirrors, as they seemed totally oblivious to the train of traffic behind them whilst doing 40mph in a 60mph zone...a disgrace to the marque!!!
