Where can I get a Fish Eye lense?

[batphink]

Does anyone know where I can find a Fish Eye lense for anything other than an SLR camera? Want to upgrade my camera but don't want a huge (and expensive) SLR but really want to find one that I can attach a Fish Eye to.... so I'm trying to find the lense first then match the camera.

Any help appreciated - have found nothing do far.

Thanks

search for "fish eye converter screw thread" assuming you have a screw thread, otherwise you'll have to glue it on!

you can get them on ebay, but the quality of these stick on extra lenses is sh!te.

just remember when also choosing a camera, that some may hav a crop factor, which will affect the result of the lense. such as a 17-40 lense on a 350D has a 1.6x crop factor so really your getting 27 - 64mm

firstly, nice mk1 cab :-)

i've got this one i got with a load of photo gear i bought off ebay. never used it but used something similar moons ago. it's not as sharp as a regular lens but you can get some interesting results with these things.

fits via step up/down rings to the filter thread of a normal lens.

you can have it for £25 posted (uk)
