No point me sending in my CV and wasting your and my time if you are paying £12k. Needing a car doesn't sound like 1st line, that's more like 3rd line.

car is essential as it is based just outside leeds, salary is between 17-19k, very good company to work for

Isn't saying a car is essential a bit misleading? I kind of implies it is necessary for the job, when in fact getting to the office is necessary for the job (and indeed for most office based jobs). Not trying to be picky - just wouldn't want you to mislead someone in to not applying.
