There are some quite nice, tasteful, private plates. But those that require mis-spacing, modifying the letters or numbers, or need to be explained, are usually a bit naff.

7 OOL is quite nice, and probably worth £5k+. 700 L is better but would be illegal. 7OOL with the 7 made to look like a T would just look sad, IMO, and may attract unwanted attention, particularly from
