Roy, photographing dogs means getting down to their level, don't photo them looking down on them!

Unless of course you have their attention!!

What gorgeous dogs, guys!

Those are amazing photos, CivicMan! What breed is your dog in the first photo? Looks a bit like a Golden Retriever-Collie cross scratchchin

My dog was running round like a loony not posing like yours are. Blinding pics. Will have a go at getting mine to pose tommorrow.

good shots Roy! There's no problem with shooting your dogs having some fun, at least they are having fun!

Getting down to their level is good for a posing shot though wink

oops, that's not a dog is it hehe

Spot on Darren. Retriever/Collie cross! We rehomed them both from Ireland three years ago. The golden one had been beaten black and blue and looked like an RSPCA advert, and the old white one had been tie up outside for his whole life. The animal rescue lot "kidnapped" him and brought him to England.

People who do that should be shot. Not the rescuers though.smile

yikes

All the dogs we've ever owned have been rescue, but none with such a horrific history as yours. It makes ownership all the more satisfying, when you see them happy and healthy once again thumbup

Great shots - I had that camera for a few months and none of my shots were ever that good! Your doggie pics are great - your staffie is just so cute and I love the fact it pi**ed on my horrible neighbours front garden! clap

Good start - keep em' coming!
