Last year Burnie organized a run between Xmas & New year. Since he appears to be MIA I thought I would see if anyone was intrested in repeating the experience.

I would be interested in this being my first run out. Got to be careful though as I cant see the weather being favourable.

yes Well up for it seeing as I've not really got anything on over Xmas. Apart from working.

Can we make it a weekday? I'm busy working the weekend before and after Xmas.

If I can fit it in between shifts I would be up for a bit of a trundle.

Full day, half day? We could meet at A/M42 J11 and I could take around some of the local roads. Sun 30th Dec?

Just throwing ideas into the ring?

I was thinking around Matlock and Buxton but it would make a change to do something more southerly. Since a couple of people who are intrested are west mids based it would be more central as well.

30th would be good for me - just off nights so a couple of hours kip and a good run out would be the way to get the body straight again.

We could get an early start and take a run through Wales, and go to the EVO triangle?

I would be well up for this providing I've still got the Boxster. Probably going classic or old BMW if not and I don't think that would be much good on a run out.

If I do go classic wouldn't be able to keep up the pace, that'll be bye, bye to my PH turn outs me thinks! As with old E30 325i sport (another thought) probably not exactely the sort of car which would be welcome!

I wouldnt worry about it. I have done several PH runs in my Scimitar and managed to keep reasonably on the pace. The last Rutland Rumble had an MG Midget and a Sunbeam Alpine taking part.
