Obviously PistonHeads is my favourite!
But what other RC forums do you use? I've found oople.com very useful as it's geared towards electric 1/10 off road but I'm not really aware of any others.

www.rcracechat.com

Probably one of the bigger RC forums. Haven't been on it for a few years since I gave up racing, so don't know what it is like now. Covers pretty much everything.

Thanks, it seems pretty quiet on there which is a shame. Where has everyone gone?!

Thats a shame, was thriving a few years back. Like I say I haven't been on it for while, so didn't know what it would be like. Don't know of any others I'm afraid.

www.savage-central.com for all things to do with HPI Savage models, great reference tool.

Not too many out there then, the Tamiya Club is good, although it keeps making me want to buy the old Tamiya models I used to have!

Its normally very busy, but it has been quiet of late, mainly due to the nationals and regionals finishing a month or so ago. Oople is busier as there are indoor off-road regionals going on. also there has been alot of recent debate over safety of cells and BRCA changes to rules regarding LIPO and class changes for touring cars. Maybe most people are all posted out!

Stick with rcracechat and oople and you can't go far wrong, i just bought a bargain from the classifieds in oople!

http://www.runryder.com for R/C helicopters
http://www.rcuniverse.com for anything else, beware of the latter as theres tons of yanks on there and they can get quite mouthy at times.

Twas a zx-5 with carbon conversion and a load of spares, plus a couple of sets of wheels and tyres! Not had time to get it running yet as we've just moved house redface(

Sounds like a good car. Moving house does tend to get in the way of the more important things doesn't it?!

I use www.one18th.com but that is mostly for the 1/18th scale cars but they do have sections for larger R/C cars. Haven't been on there for a while do due to not having the time to race any more.
